we would like to inform you about the method of processing and archiving your personal data in connection with the requirements of the new regulation of the European Union on the protection of personal data, which will enter into force on May 25, 2018.
Our law firm processes personal data in the scope of first name, last name, address, social security number, phone number, email and, in the case of self-employed natural persons, also ID number, DIC, VAT number on the legal basis of fulfilling the contract and fulfilling tax and accounting obligations in relation to the state authorities of the Slovak Republic . The purpose of personal data processing is the provision of services and the fulfillment of legal obligations in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic.
We do not provide your personal data to third parties, with the exception of state and public authorities in the case when the law requires us to do so, in particular the tax office, social insurance company, health insurance companies, law enforcement agencies, courts and executors, and with the exception of private individuals in the case that it is necessary to fulfillment of legal obligations in relation to the wage, tax and accounting agenda and, if necessary, securing payment for our services /lawyer/.
The above personal data is stored by our company in accordance with the law for the period absolutely necessary from the point of view of the tax and accounting regulations valid in the Slovak Republic.
Our company secures personal data by all available means, whether of a physical, procedural or software nature, while we constantly improve our systems and procedures.
You have the right to know what personal data we store about you. This right is called the Request for Access of the Data Subject to Personal Data. You have the right to request correction/transfer/restriction/objection to processing/deletion of your personal data that we process. You can exercise this right at serina(@)serina.sk.
