Peter Serina
Since graduating from university, Peter Serina has focused his work on commercial, civil, family and labour law in their entirety. He participated in the establishment and merger of companies, providing legal services to both domestic and foreign clients. He also deals with intellectual property law.
Peter is an author of many articles in the field of business /Podnikanie magazine, published by SBA/, financial mediation /Financial intermediary and advisor in practice, published by Iura Edition/. At the same time, he is the author of the study “Family business in Slovakia” /SBA/ and the co-author of the analysis “Frauds in Business and Options for Preventing Unfair Entrepreneurship” /PAS/.
He is dedicated to legal literacy education in secondary schools. In his free time, he reads books, studies history, beekeepers and gardens.
